International experiences connect students, scholars, and emerging leaders around the world, enabling them to collaborate and tackle today’s grand challenges like conflict resolution, food security, and climate change. Through international education, students cross socio-economic, cultural, political, religious, and geographic borders and learn to work in a global job market. The Office of Corporate and Global Partnerships (OCGP) oversees global engagement university wide as well as Purdue’s student mobility initiatives in the Office of International Programs. OCGP aims to foster and coordinate campus-wide partnership initiatives and programs, in close collaboration with Colleges, Departments, and Centers, to advance the University’s vision and strategic goals. OCGP is an advocate for campus internationalization, and works to find synergies throughout the Purdue community, convene stakeholders and cultivate deeper, more robust, and sustainable global programs and partnerships.
OCGP plays a key role in shaping the university’s international institutional agreements. For a list of current global partnerships, visit: http://www.ippu.purdue.edu/GlobalLinkages/
